The coffee aficionado will enjoy our coffee bar, equipped with Nespresso and Keurig machines and fully stocked with a variety of popular pods, sugars, and creamers. The private outdoor retreat features a covered gazebo, a dining area for eight, ambient lighting, a new stainless six-burner gas grill, a fan, and a fire pit.

Other noteworthy amenities include two 50" Smart Televisions (Including Apple TVs and YouTube TV), Xbox One S, 500 Mbps fiber optic internet, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, High-quality Tempur-Pedic King mattress with luxurious bedding and 100% cotton sheets, a comfortable queen sofa sleeper featuring a NEW 4.5" foam mattress and luxurious 100% cotton bedding,  NEW stackable washer & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, and an ensuite bathroom with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, towels, blow dryer, and flat iron.

Experience the charm of a fully updated 1920s home in downtown Baton Rouge's historic Beauregard Town, featuring a custom walkway to the main side entrance as the courtyard entrance is reserved for the commercial office up front. This newly remodeled living space boasts the original eleven-foot cypress wood ceiling and hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a king suite with an ensuite bathroom, a beautiful outdoor gazebo grill area, and more. You will be able to utilize a maximum of two on-street parking spaces in front of the home.
