When booking a reservation with Baton Rouge Retreat, you are stating that you have fully read, understand, and agree to the rental policies listed herein by Baton Rouge Retreat.

CHECK-IN & Check-OUT: CHECK-IN is at 4 P.M., AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. If an early Check-in or late Check-out is desired, it may be made available upon request to the host for an additional fee. ABSOLUTELY NO Early Check-in or late check-out unless you are given written consent by your host. A full-day rent charge will be assessed if the guest does not check out promptly at 11 A.M.

PARKING: There is free street parking in front of the home for a maximum of two vehicles.

SMOKING POLICY: NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house or on the premises of the property. Should any evidence of smoking be found, a $2,500 fee will be assessed. These rules supersede all third-party booking sites like VRBO, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.. which means no refunds can be done through these platforms as these rules take precedence over theirs.

PETS: No animals or pets are allowed in our home unless we provide written consent. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of all payments made. Guests who violate the pet policy will be charged up to an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

AGE REQUIREMENT: No reservations will be made to individuals under the age of twenty-three (23). Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made after the time of booking will be non-refundable unless deemed an emergency by the rental company. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately of any cancellation requests. Should you cancel within 60 days, you may receive a 50% travel credit, and within 30 days, you will not receive a refund of any kind. At the discretion of the property manager, a voucher for your next stay may be provided. This includes any Pandemics or Government Travel Restrictions.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests for this Property is limited to a specific occupancy listed on all booking websites. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid. No more than the maximum capacity of persons is allowed on any property at any time unless otherwise approved with an event fee and permit. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

MINIMUM STAY: Longer minimum stays may be required during peak seasons and/or holidays and weekends. ALL PROPERTIES REQUIRE A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

CLEANING FEE: A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. This is applied for cleaning and laundry services upon departure. To avoid an extra cleaning charge, please clean all dirty dishes or have them running in the dishwasher before your departure. Please also remove all trash and garbage from the home and place them in the garbage bins located on the side of the home. A $99 garbage removal fee will be assessed if garbage is not removed from the house at the time of check-out.

NOISE ORDINANCE: NO PARTIES/EVENTS allowed! Quiet time for all properties is 10:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M.., in conjunction with parish ordinances. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices will be played in compliance with the decibel level. The decibel levels cannot exceed fifty (50) decibels between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. outdoors. Music played inside may not be heard outside of the Property with the doors and windows closed. At 10:00 P.M. all guests not staying at the Property must depart from the premises.

COMMUNITY POLICY: We kindly request that during your stay, you respect our neighbors and maintain a considerate and mindful environment. Please keep noise levels at a reasonable volume, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful coexistence and a pleasant neighborhood experience for all. Let's collectively contribute to a positive atmosphere and uphold the community's well-being throughout your time here.

LIABILITY WAIVER: (1) Owners and Managers of this Property are not liable for loss, damage of Property, or injury to my guests or me during my stay on the premises. (2) I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owners of this Property, its officers, staff, agents, or employees for any liability, claim, and or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me arising out of the use of the house or Property. (3) Indemnification: The guest & their party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Baton Rouge Retreat and its employees from and against all claims, suits, damages, costs, losses, and expenses arising from injury to any person or property occurring on or about the Property.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental payments, and the party will face immediate eviction or denial of access to the Property. This includes falsifying guests or reservation details or holding any events at the Property without prior approval.

WiFi & SECURITY: DO NOT unplug or disable the WiFi or internet service under any circumstances! Should the internet service not work, please call your host immediately, who will send a professional to fix the issue as soon as possible. Doing so will result in your immediate eviction with zero refund and a $500 fine.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please be aware that there are security cameras on the Property. There is one camera located at the main side door entrance, and one pointed towards the back door and back gate entrance for the security of our guests. There are absolutely NO other cameras on the Property, and should you find any other recording devices, we ask that you reach out to your host immediately! Please do not disable, tamper with, or touch the security systems or cameras on the Property. Doing so will result in your immediate eviction with zero refund and assessed fees for damages.

ACCOMMODATION: In no event will Baton Rouge Retreat be responsible for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, fees, or other consequential damages resulting from the unavailability of a specific accommodation. By making the full payment for this reservation, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and the rental details below. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
